EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS in a related field. Five years or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• 3 years relevant specialized experience in EEO/HR personnel policies and practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Capable of providing expertise in human resources principles and practices, management and organizational
behavior, workforce management, military personnel support and human resources information systems.
• Provides advice on project teams. Has specialized related knowledge. Capable of working independently or in teams.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• EEO/HR personnel policies and practices
• Gathering and analyzing data from identified sources using MS Excel.
• Entering data into databases to assist with analysis, identification of goals and action planning tracking.
• Collecting and maintaining data and drafting coordinated response with background data for answering quick-response taskings from internal and external sources.
• Experience with MD 715, NoFEAR, and EEOC Form 462 Reports.
• Experience with Complaint, RNO, and applicant flow data received from functional staff, HR and DLA to identify potential triggers.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and computing data, making charts, writing narrative reports, and summarizing statistical data for MDA EO reporting requirements.
• Experience evaluating and preparing reports on various personnel actions impacting affirmative employment objectives of an organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support EO in gathering relevant data from HR and other stakeholders for the development, revision, staffing, and submission of the reports, which may include but are not limited to EEO Program Status Report (MD 715), NoFEAR, and EEOC Form 462 Reports.
• Support the review and analyses of Complaint, RNO, and applicant flow data received from functional staff, HR and DLA to identify potential triggers.
• Establish and maintain a barrier analysis working group and facilitate the groups’ efforts.
• Coordinate workgroup meetings; tracking and maintaining workgroup tasks, reports, and briefings.
• Conduct informational\update briefings.
• Support organizational EO quantitative analyses such as MD 715 data tables and other EEO related data to be used to brief program status and diversity participation rates.
• Collect, analyze, and compute data, make charts, write narrative reports, and summarize statistical data for MDA EO reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports on various personnel actions impacting affirmative employment objectives of an organization
