Here is the scope of responsibility:

The HR Generalist leads our HR philosophy of Consultative Partnerships, Organizational Partnerships, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement.We’re very strategic but always know when to be tactical to obtain short and long term results.The HR generalist facilitates the human resources process for all departments in the site.Manages the day-to-day duties is the ongoing broad function of this position.Be a partner to operations in order to drive performance, work with Talent Acquisition to ensure new hire goals are met, improve employee retention, and assist in New Hire Orientation, Payroll, Employee Health and Benefit Administration.

What your days will look like:

  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees.

  • Assists in development and implementation of policies and procedures and maintaining employee handbook.

  • Performs benefit administration to include claims resolution, health & welfare plans and communicating benefit information to employees.

  • Conducts new-employee orientations and facilitating onboarding program.

  • Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.

  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.

  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

  • Maintain Human Resource Management System (HRMS) records and compiles reports from database.

  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Works closely with front line managers & employees in order to provide a voice for improvement processes.

Your qualifications:

  • Be fun and energetic

  • Enjoy working with people and leaving your footprint while positively impacting people’s lives

  • Effective oral & written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills

  • Computer skills, ability to create documents and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Must have experience working with an HRIS

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to function in a fast paced high volume facility

  • Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution

Education and Work Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of Human Resources experience working in a call center industry preferred.

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus
