Description
The Director HR has direct management responsibility for all of FPI’s recruitment, front desk, and employee relations activities. The Director of HR partners with leadership across the entire organization to ensure policies, processes and systems are in place to fulfill FPI’s human resources and operational strategies in the most proactive, effective and efficient manner possible. Responsible for coordinating and directing the employee relations and recruitment programs and functions according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices. These responsibilities also include directing the employee relations and recruitment functions and activities and developing, interpreting, and recommending program goals and objectives, policies, and procedures, and courses of action on workforce planning initiatives that focuses, creates and insures FPI has a high performance work team.

Requirements
Qualified applicants will possess: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) and five years experience in HR management; OR a Master’s degree in HR (or equivalent) and two years experience; previous experience with multi-site, multi-state, multi-functional organizations; professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) certification preferred; healthcare experience preferred; considerable knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of Human Resources Management; Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and various HRIS applications; ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of subordinate staff engaged in various professional, technical, and clerical functions; strong project management skills
