Job Description

­­­­Summary of General Responsibilities:

The position performs all activities necessary to provide TruPays national client base with system knowledge, while implementing the Payroll and Time and Labor Management features of the InspireHCM platform, our private labeled Kronos Workforce Ready HCM platform. 


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as primary point of contact for new clients during the implementation process
  • Set implementation project timeline based on clients priorities of applications purchased and assure timeline is maintained with continued efficiency to ensure the completion of each task
  • Lead weekly implementation client calls
  • Assist clients in establishing new earnings/taxes/deductions, assure related systems/reporting continue to provide consistent results and consult with them on best practices
  • Provide guidance and training to clients for successful rollout of the applications
  • Make decisions based on established, current internal policies and procedures
  • Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests to ensure resolution &/or escalation in a timely manner to the appropriate team membe
  • Performs a variety of data and client management activities encompassing alareas of HCM 
  • Mentor and assist other HCM staff such as level I specialists and new team members
  • Special projects, as directed. 

Skill / Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

  • Strong written & verbal English language communication and analytical skills
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality as it relates to sensitive client data
  • Proven ability to work with clients and create positive relationships on behalf of TruPay
  • Strong math/accounting aptitude and related audit skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet timelines as related to department responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge regarding federal and state tax compliance
  • Project management skills
  • Displays the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school
  • Basic working knowledge & understanding of computer technology/software
  • 2 to 5 years of payroll and/or accounting experience - Preferred
  • CPP or equivalent - Preferred
