Director of Athletic Training
at Trinity Christian College
The Trinity Christian College Athletics department is seeking a Director of Athletic Training. This is a full-time, exempt, staff position reporting to the Associate VP for Student Life and Athletics. Review of application materials will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
This is a key professional role that coordinates a comprehensive athletic training program for Trinity Christian College Athletics. Demonstrated clinical effectiveness, strong interpersonal communication, management experience, and an ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and other care providers are essential skills. Experience with the NAIA (National Intercollegiate Athletic Association) and/or athletic training in a small college system would be highly beneficial.
A completed master’s degree, National Athletic Training Association certification, and valid State of IL athletic training licensure are required.
The college is seeking candidates who are professing Christians and are committed to excellence in athletics and service. Candidates should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education in the tradition of Reformed Christian higher education and be competent to demonstrate to students a mature articulation of faith in athletics and learning.
