Ensuring our outpatient clinics are appropriately staffed is critical to our mission of serving the behavioral health needs and goals of our patients/members. Your role as a recruiter will be to develop sources of qualified applicants to meet our staffing needs and assist departments in selecting candidates for employment in a timely and reliable manner. You will partner with internal hiring managers and leaders to ensure staffing levels are meeting clinical and business needs. You will also be responsible for detailed reports to the CEO, internal and external clients, and the human resources team.
Must be able to maintain and increase pipeline of candidates using databases, internet research, documentation and follow-up communication. Will conduct recruitment using job fairs, cold calls, warm calls, and networking methods, and identify new recruitment and marketing opportunities. Will source and actively search for qualified candidates on a daily basis, and conduct regular follow-up with candidates to ensure their continued interest. Will also work closely with hiring managers and educate and inform them about staffing processes, procedures and policies. You understanding of our business objectives will be key to supporting hiring managers and accurately promoting employment opportunities to candidates.
As part of our professional human resources team at our administrative office, you will provide support, tools, and professional services as needed to our caring and dedicated clinical and support teams so they can provide efficient, quality care and timely services to our members. You must have a positive customer service attitude, be responsive, and have a desire to serve your fellow employees and our community with honesty, respect and strength.

A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field is preferred; a high school diploma and some advanced education is required. Two years recruiting experience required; health care recruiting experience preferred.
