The Compensation Analyst will perform the full scope of activities associated with the design, development, implementation and administration of the Company's compensation programs. Prepare recommendations requiring a broad and thorough understanding of compensation techniques, methods, and practices as it relates to the companies salary administration. Perform market analysis and guides the annual compensation process for assigned locations. Advise and educate managers and Human Resource Business Partners on salary administration policies and procedures, Performs audits for assigned locations and supports regulatory audits with information as requested. The Compensation Analyst must maintain confidentiality, credibility and have excellent customer service skills necessary to build partnerships across the company. Strong time management skills are required to manage multiple processes and implementation initiatives.
Skill / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Human Resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
- Minimum of 2 years of Compensation experience preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional preferred
