Senior Benefits Analyst

Analyzes utilization and performance of all components of the Total Wellbeing Program and creates standard matrices for year-over-year trending. Researches billing discrepancies and develops solutions for carrier billing concerns. Problem-solves benefit administration system discrepancies and implements effective resolutions. Develops and maintains procedures and process maps for all Total Wellbeing Program core tasks, programs and administrative policies. Researches and resolves all Total Wellbeing Program eligibility, enrollment and deduction discrepancies. Assists AVP with responding to benchmarking surveys and ensuring benefit plans comply with all legal and administrative requirements. Conducts market competitive analysis of benefit programs. Analyzes company benefits policies, laws concerning mandatory insurance coverage in order to comply with legal requirements. Recommends plan changes to management for existing programs. Oversees annual discrimination testing for benefit programs and responsible for any necessary corrective actions. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
