Robert Half Legal is currently looking for a recruiter to join their growing team! Robert Half is the largest and top recruiting firm in the nation and provide amazing opportunities to its employees. This is a full time full-time position that offers competitive base salary and bonus structure. As the legal recruiter you will perform various aspects of the recruitment cycle including intake meetings, candidate sourcing, screening and assessment, interview scheduling, offers of employment, support, and onboarding. The Recruiter will be responsible for filling various openings, including entry level positions, executives, and niche positions. The Recruiter will execute care strategies for candidates that will facilitate a positive candidate experience. The ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment where you will manage your daily activity and produce quality results is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing, developing and coordinating recruiting activities in multiple markets to support specific positions.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and contractors
Experience and ability to handle a large recruiting demand.
Attend career fairs or national diversity events for recruiting and company recognition.
Work with senior members of management to establish a consistent recruiting approach across the business.
Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity.

Requirements
Prior Recruiting Experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Salesforce)
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Project management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
Creative thinking and writing proficiency required
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong personal initiative and drive
