Description
-Interpret day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operational practices/work programs.
-Supervise Payroll staff and prepare work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
-Facilitate weekly (as required) team calls/meetings.
-Assist in monitoring workload and evaluate direct reports and may review the evaluations/development plans of others.
-Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs.
Requirements
Payroll: 3 years (Required)
Supervisory/Management: 2 years (Required)
Must be proficient in payroll and reporting
Communication: Must exhibit strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and communicate and interpret payroll related correspondence.
Ability to write reports and business communications. Ability to effectively present information in person or in groups and respond to questions.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills. MUST have knowledge and extensive experience with payroll software
