Description
Maintaining payroll records and data backup according to Company procedures
Prepare payroll data input spreadsheets by recording hours, variable pay, and status changes
Respond to federal & state agency inquiries including employment verifications, census & statistical surveys, UI notifications
Provide customer service to all levels of the organization by responding to payroll & timekeeping questions
Requirements
Ideal candidate must have ADP (Workforce Now is a PLUS) or Paycheck experience.
Working for a larger company is preferred
Experience running Payroll is helpful but training is provided.
