Description
Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team! In this Payroll Specialist role, the candidate will be responsible for utilizing the client's time and attendance program to process company payroll for 500+ employees, updating manual bonuses, travel and expense reimbursements, and any other payroll related adjustments, review all timesheets, audit payroll to ensure payroll is accurate before it is submitted, prepare manual payroll checks, and compile internal payroll reports, and any other payroll related duties.

Requirements
- ADP Workforce Now
- Minimum of 2 years direct payroll administration experience
- General knowledge of NJ, PA & NY tax laws
- Exposure to healthcare operations
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Other related payroll duties as directed
