Description
Our client, a large personal injury law firm, is looking to hire an EXPERIENCED HUMAN RESOURCES / MANAGING ATTORNEY to manage its hundreds of staff and attorneys in 5 States. Main responsibilities will include hiring and termination of staff, managing the employee complaints process, and drafting and maintaining employee handbooks and protocol.

The successful candidate will be a licensed attorney with prior law firm and/or in-house employment law and HR-related experience, preferably including 5+ years of management experience. This position wont involve practicing law externally.
