Human Resources Generalist

Robert Half's Healthcare team currently has an outstanding opportunity in the industry for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will handle a variety of personnel related processes including a strong focus on Employee Relations.

Major responsibilities include:

- Maintain employee database records
- Handle employee related concerns
-FMLA and Worker's compensation

4+ years of Human Resources Experience
- Experience with Employee Relations, Compliance, and Recruitment
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of benefits payroll
- Foundational knowledge in garnishments payroll
- Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
