Human Resource Assistant (HR Assistant) Opening
A human resources assistant creates an employee file that includes all pertinent information, including: contact numbers, professional, educational history, current job title and salary information. They update employee files anytime a modification, such as a promotion, salary increase or change in work location, occurs. Serving as the administrator for the human resources department, a human resources assistant performs all clerical duties required for the team to operate efficiently. An assistant will draft department correspondence, coordinate all business travel arrangements for human resources staff members, and collect any contracts the department has with external service providers.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:
* Helping with on boarding.
* Sending offer letters, connecting with new hires, creating new hire files.
* Answering questions from new hires.
* Collecting any/all paper work.
* Data Entry.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
* Perform data entry and scan documents.
* Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
* Maintaining filing system
* Typing documents and correspondence

Requirements
Skills
* Strong oral and written communications, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Professional and positive attitude.
* Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook a plus.

Qualifications
Previous administrative or HR experience a plus but not required.
Good organization.
Able to work independently.
Good phone etiquette.
