OfficeTeam is currently looking for a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join a dynamic organization. In your role as the Human Resources Recruiter, your work will include full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We especially want a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow for this opportunity with our client. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Your responsibilities

- Carrying out interviews

- Conducting various administrative duties

- Making internal recommendations

- Sustaining new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Optimizing digital recruiting resources

- Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Requirements
- This position's duties require a person who is highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Recruiting experience desired

- Microsoft Office experience

- Strong familiarity with Enrollment Processes

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
