Summary:
Responsible for most complex systems process analysis, design and simulation. Requires highest level understanding of organizations business systems and industry requirements. Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems to identify opportunities that may include process improvements, automation, system enhancements, software procurement and user training. Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Collaborate across business segments to both find opportunities and implement improvements including function as a liaison from Business to IT partners. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May assist in directing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
*Review, analyze, evaluate large organizational projects and develop new technologies and process automation to build efficiencies for the business unit.

*Provides management of complex technical systems process analysis and design projects. Plan, estimate work efforts, and schedule projects. Organize and coordinate team activities, provide training, monitor progress, and evaluate results.

*Manage multiple process/system improvement projects simultaneously.

*Provides technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex problems and assist in guiding junior staff.

*Synthesizes data into information that is readily consumable

*Plan and manage the implementation, integration, and performance of new systems to include interfaces

*Maintaining the system environment for business specific databases
