Job Summary:

Responsible for the research, coordination and management of assigned projects for the business under the direction of the Talent Acquisition & Staffing division head. Scope of projects may include (but not limited to) simplifying processes, general administrative support, financial reporting and due diligence, development and construction of presentations on various subject matter, improve efficiencies, meet changing business needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex administrative duties involving frequent exercise of independent judgment, initiative, and diplomacy.

  • Serves as a coordinator of various projects.

  • Present, research, financial and statistical analysis to help identify methods, procedures and technologies that enhance division's execution.

  • Assist with the coordination of project or program implementation and rollout.

  • Conduct research and data analysis for special and on-going projects.

  • Prepare reports and recommendations. Compiles data for various administrative reports.

  • Prepares /summarizes information from raw data using spreadsheets or other software.

  • Requires the ability to create mathematical computations in spreadsheets and convert to presentation level materials.

  • Designs and develop reporting to keep projects on target, identify issues resolution and update management on projects.

    • Pre-hire audit report

    • New hire error audit report

    • Sensitive tracking report

    • RED Survey reporting

    • Selection Excellence reporting

  • Monitors and reports trends.

  • Requires the ability to describe business problems and their solutions to management.

  • Make recommendations to management for improvements to various projects, tasks and objectives.

  • Participates as a key player on other projects and represents the business unit in multi-division projects.

  • Assists in reviewing long-range business plan proposals based on current and anticipated business needed.

  • Assist TAS Operations Manager with Employer Brand work.

  • Review, evaluate and render, financial reports based on business unit performances to budget or goal.

  • Process and coordinate department accounts payables and expense vouchers. May coordinate or maintain department budget.

  • Assist with general administrative duties, to include general correspondence, arrangement of meeting facilities.

  • Ordering and gathering collateral for job fairs.

  • Ad hoc collateral management (i.e., NY, Canada, printed collateral that is not ordered on UBuy, etc.), BDI storage/distribution.

  • Typically requires 4+ years of demonstrated knowledge in project coordination experience, and strong business analytics.
  • Requires advanced communication skill level for written and oral presentations, planning, negotiation, reports construction with knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
  • Ability to creatively and effectively convey ideas through verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent organization and people skills.
  • Advanced Taleo skills.
  • Strong data base and spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Visio skills. Manage and manipulate large quantities of data, utilize formulas, etc.
