Job Description

Position is responsible for implementing and delivering HR policies and procedures, but not to be limited to, talent management, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, pay administration, succession planning, delivery of HR and safety related training, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and HR and safety investigations. Additionally, must promote and ensure our culture and core values. Act as a link between management and employees handling questions, administering policies and helping to resolve work-related issues. Individual must be friendly, outgoing, and professional while being self-motivated and organized. Also process purchasing and assist shop floor supervisor as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Extensive HR work experience required, HR certification preferred

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Computer Skills: Knowledge of Human Resource Systems (WorkDay, SilkRoad preferred); internet software; payroll systems; spreadsheet software and word processing software. Proficient in MS Office; Social Media

Other Requirements: Willing to travel for recruiting purposes or for HR meetings at times and to work in both an office and plant environment.
