Day to day for an Entry Level Customer Engagement Representative:
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with customers
- Customer retention
- Customer service and sales
- Resolve problems and assist customers with questions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Give innovative ideas to maximize sales
- Give face to face sales presentations
- Be very knowledgeable of all products and services and be able to match products and services to the needs of our customers
- Be able to differentiate in detail our clients products and services to their competitors

Requirements for an Entry Level Customer Engagement Representative:
