Responsible for management of client eligibility status. Duties include scheduling, client insurance, and a wide range of other administrative duties.
High school diploma or GED required with preferred two (2) years’ experience in customer service, admissions, claims processing, billing or collections that included six (6) months experience in medical or behavioral health benefits setting.
Must be able to be able to obtain a Class 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire.
