Associate Engagement Coordinator

The Associate Engagement Coordinator will develop our associate engagement programs including a comprehensive onboarding program, recognition programs, rewards, anniversary celebrations, and retention strategies. This position will collaborate with our operations team as a part of Human Resources to drive the culture, core values, and mission through associate programs and engagement.

Position details: 

  • Location: This position requires a daily commute to Sagora's Home Office downtown Fort Worth

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to develop an engaging programs for associates at Sagora communities and the Home Office including onboarding and recognition
  • Post and communicate through social media, newsletters, and other forms of media to promote associate recognition
  • Encourage celebration of associate anniversaries to show appreciation for their dedication
  • Identify various reward programs to incentivize performance and build a team culture
  • Recommend retention strategies in areas with high turnover
  • Create onboarding surveys to identify strengths and areas for improvement 

Skills/Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Two years’ experience in an administrative role handling associate engagement with one or more years’ experience working in a Human Resources capacity within a field office or HR department
  • Very strong experience with business computer applications to include Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Organization, time management, problem solving/resolution, and decision making
  • Written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to facilitate small group presentations
  • Ability to visit communities with some overnight travel
