Title: DeveloperLocation: Tampa, FLCompensation:  Competitive Base Salary + Benefits + Relocation AssistanceJob Summary: The Salesforce Developer will work as a key member of the Ashley CRM team tasked with delivering a new complex, cloud-based Salesforce CRM implementation, maximizing efficiency, developing custom code where appropriate, and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of a Salesforce across B2C Retail Sales, B2B Wholesale Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, e-Commerce, and Marketing, based on the various Organizational and user needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical, strong leadership and communication skills in all stages of the software development lifecycle who can interface directly and in a team setting with internal stakeholders and external business partners to understand their needs for developing, risk-assessing, customizing, and enhancing the Ashley CRM system. This person will work closely with technical design teams for the new Ashley CRM system, ensuring that the implemented system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business while ensuring proper testing methodology, attention to system performance, following industry standard security models, and adhering to Salesforce standard code development procedures. A primary role function is to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches while providing a level of effort estimates as the various system components are updated and modified. Must be a very hands-on, self-motivated, individual who can assume overall developer lead in the Ashley CRM development cycle with a clear view of change management and impact of changes in a global organization. Job Responsibilities: Strong Experience of Salesforce integrations and development in Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, Data, and App clouds using Lightning methodologies while incorporating single sign-on, master data management, and Agile development concepts.Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, Force IDE, SOQL, SOAP/REST API, XML, HTML, Java Scripts, and other Salesforce related development tools.Multiple Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud are highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Developer/Full Sandbox concepts and code deployment using Salesforce best practice and techniques such as building test cases, code review, and classes.Able to analyze and integrate tools from the AppExchange and third-party applications such as Heywire, and Docusign.Be proactive with data backups and versioning while using standard Salesforce tools and third-party data extractors/integrators.Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration while adhering to standard Salesforce development, custom code generation only as needed, and security needs using tokens, roles, profiles, and account restrictions.Ability to work independently and be a self-starter but also collaboratively in a team environment to determine best approach and design of current and future system modification and enhancements.Led multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations as a Salesforce Developer including responsibility for creating standard and custom code logic, version release controls, and environment management using SDLC methodology as directed by the Organization’s needs.Able to adjust and adapt priorities as well as balance multiple concurrent projects as the Organization’s needs evolve and change.Create, Identify, and Manage changes/enhancement to the Ashley CRM System.Demonstrate the ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships; ability to engage resources outside of direct control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve objectivesPartner with other Ashley business intelligence teams to provide the necessary Salesforce technical knowledge, facilitating enhanced integration to other Ashley CRM systems. Manage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features as per Salesforce best practice and Organizational constraints.Document and keep current documentation of existing/future systems, processes, and in-house developed code within CRM system while working with change management techniques and tools.Collaborate with other CRM developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements, design, and upgrades.
