Coordinates and oversees the Human Resource, Education and Employee Health departments as well as the Credit Union. Partners with Network Administrative Directors to provide support to ensure effective and efficient personnel planning, training, and alignment of resources; as well as working closely with the AD of Corporate Development and Strategic Growth on organizational culture initiatives.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent required. Master’s degree preferred. Five to seven years of proven progressive human resources and leadership/management required. Healthcare experience and knowledge of HR systems (Lawson, Kronos) preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and writing skills. Must have an exceptional combination of interpersonal expertise and computer aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite).
