The Hillcrest Hospital Pryor administration is currently looking for a member to join our team! The Human Resource Director will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will concentrate on talent management within the facility. This role will be an essential part of senior leadership, which will include:

  • Senior leader rounding

  • Taking administrative call for the organization

  • Strategic planning and budgeting

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Want to make a difference? The ideal team member will:

  • Recruit and interview candidates for all positions/departments

  • Present and communicate all job offers to selected candidates

  • Coordinate pre-employment physicals, drug screens and required paperwork

  • Oversee all new hires, terminations, and disciplinary actions

  • Provide new hire orientation and on-boarding to all employees

  • Maintain yearly evaluations and licenses/certifications for all employees

  • Maintain employee files

  • Monitor and track retention and turnover

  • Help carry out yearly employee satisfaction survey

  • Educate all employees on annual changes for insurance/benefits

  • Monitor employee reviews, raises and bonuses for each department

  • Maintain all required OSHA logs

  • Coordinate all policies, guidelines and documentation for Workers’ Compensation

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state mandates

  • Assist with the hospital Auxiliary team

  • Other duties as needed

Position Requirements:

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS/BA degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • 1-3 Years of HR management or related experience required

  • 1-3 Years of Recruiting experience

SKILLS

A strong customer service mindset is essential as are excellent oral and written communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and employment matters.
