Responsibilities

    -Functioning as the primary strategic leader of the hotel takeover with responsibility for assisting with hotel due diligence, budget creation, onboarding new team members, implementing MCR policy and procedures, training management on administration tools and company SOPs, and serving as hotel support to the hotel management team.
    -Development and implementation of training and learning resources to enhance and enrich Team Member development across the portfolio.
    -Analyzing business results and working with the leadership team to develop effective strategies to address needs. Making key decisions and overseeing execution, removing obstacles to success and ensuring appropriate resources are available to achieve business results.
    -Ensuring brand standards are met with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations; communicating follow-up actions to the team as necessary
    -Assist in the annual budget and business plan process in collaboration with hotel General Managers.
    -Creating an environment in which all team members can reach their full potential.
