Job Profile

The Training Supervisor designs and delivers highly complex training and staff development programs. Leads collaboration with network departments and Operations leadership to assess training needs and training program development. Ensures training programs deliver upon desired performance objectives and outcomes. Collaborates across the Operations team to develop training programs, materials and promoting standardizations of curriculum. Responsible for partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the design and approval of all content for accurate. Has oversight and leads other member service trainers in content development to include the mode of training (e.g. lecture, self-service, e-learning)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Instructional Design, Business or other related field.
  • 3 years related experience as a trainer with instructional design.
  • 1 or more years supervisor/lead experience.
