Job Profile

The HR Business Partner implements human resources programs by providing and supporting HR services including talent acquisition, staffing, employee relations and engagement, compensation, benefits, records management, AA/EEO compliance and HR administration duties. Contributes as a collaborative member of a team of HR professionals focused on maintaining an engaging work environment and experiences that demonstrate Community's values and support our commitment to those we serve.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Two years of progressive human resources responsibilities including any combination of Employee Relations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.


  • Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract)
  • Writing /Composing, Correspondence/ Reports
  • Analytical
  • Exceptional customer service skills,
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to function effectively in a team-based environment as well as to work independently
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills include Excel
  • Significant interest in developing as a Human Resources Professional
