As part of the Enterprise Data & Strategy team, you will create descriptive, diagnostic & predictive analytics and reporting solutions that bring data to life through visualizations and storytelling. You will be part of a dynamic team that is working on a wide variety of challenging projects across the entire organization and will be instrumental in providing the insights and decision support that fuel our company’s continued success and growth.


The Sr. Data Analyst, Human Resources (HR) is responsible for developing key metrics, uncovering vital insights and delivering critical analysis that will lead to data-informed decisions and guide our overall human resources, recruiting and talent management strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, department heads and analytics teammates to use data to drive the success of the organization. Using a proactive approach, the Sr. Data Analyst, HR will uncover, construct, analyze and deliver data and information to Sr. HR leaders that will help drive new ideas and overall improvements to how we deliver talent solutions to the organization as a whole. This role will play an Experience and Accomplishment Requirements:

  • B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or other analytical focus (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years’ relevant professional experience covering advanced B.I., data science, statistical analysis, machine learning or enterprise reporting
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting a mid-large sized HR organization
  • Demonstrated success partnering closely with HR leaders to determine the right HR data and metrics that support a holistic approach to the company’s talent management strategy.
  • Deep experience acting as the subject matter expert in reporting, data analytics and providing recommendations based on evidence to support key HR strategy decisions, projects, etc.
  • A proactive approach to data and analytics. Seeks opportunities to help solve today’s HR challenges and future needs of the department. Prioritizes projects and works with a keen sense of urgency and an eye for detail.
  • Has successfully partnered with and influenced various levels of leaders across the enterprise to marshal the required resources, tools, access, etc. needed to achieve success in your role.
