The Senior Recruiter will lead, promote and evolve the recruitment efforts across all the enterprises. This position will also be responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, managing applications, and serving as a valuable employer brand ambassador.
Leads, directs and manages the full lifecycle recruiting efforts and processes
Partners with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs for near and long-term recruitment needs. In collaboration with the hiring managers develops foundational strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of Fort McDowell Enterprises.
Drives the recruitment process for the hiring managers -- coaching and guiding managers throughout the process. This includes providing guidance in creating the interview questions, rating sheets, owning interview planning and debrief sessions and coaching interview panels on interviewing techniques.
Plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
Develop quality and effective postings - translating hiring manager job descriptions & needs into effective advertisements to attract finest talent.
Conducts a variety of sourcing techniques including, but not limited to, job board postings, social media marketing, resume mining, targeted search methods as well as in- person networking in the community.
Leads employment branding initiatives to include the creation of content and campaigns to drive awareness
Frequently assesses the productivity and effectiveness of various sourcing methods and adapts strategies as necessary.
Researches and recommends reasonable posting sources for qualified candidates and tracks results
Extends offers of employment and guides new hires through the pre-employment and onboarding processes.
Organizes and /or attends career fairs or other events
Responsible for overseeing, directing and mentoring the HR Specialists
Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants
Must be able to deliver timely results with multiple priorities and a high-volume workload
Must have strong communications/interpersonal skills and be able to maintain successful working relationships at all levels.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Performs other related duties as required.
Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.
Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).
Must pass pre-employment drug test.
Must be 21 or older.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required
- Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources or related field required
- Two years or more of recruiting experience is highly desirable
