- Valid California Driver's License- High School Diploma- Three (3) years of experience performing complex, confidential human resources or related functions- Possession of a human resources certificate from a regionally accredited college or university, or completion of 48 semester or 72 quarter college level units may be substituted for one (1) year of experienceDESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION:- Experience working in a Human Resources office in the public sector (i.e., school district, city, county, college).- Experience with reading and interpreting laws and collective bargaining agreements.- Completion of a minimum of 24 semester/36 quarter units of college-level/university level coursework in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or other related field.
