LOAN ADMINISTRATION TRAINING SPECIALIST
The candidate for this position will oversee the training process for lending personnel in all markets. The candidate will train and coordinate procedures and process alignment between all lending functions. Tasks include, training new staff members, documenting procedures, and coordinating classroom style education on various lending and compliance topics. Additional tasks include working closely with the loan operations area and loan production staff in order to provide excellent customer service, while protecting The Bank from undue risk.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent) a bachelor’s degree in a business related field along with secondary banking courses is preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in a commercial lending or related role required. Strong leadership, communication and computer skills are required.. The ability to work flexible and/or late hours is required. Overnight and/or road travel may be required on occasion. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
