Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team!
As the Sr. Analyst - HR Technology and Analytics, you will act as a program manager for analytics, solutions delivery, and project management to ensure the evolution of the A&C Center of Excellence. Solutions Delivery initiatives include A&C Model (framework, process, consistency, quality, and ER case trends), SOP efficiencies, and other A&C-related business goals. Adhering to project management standards of budget, timeline and scope, you will shepard the deliverables for A&C and support on-going management.

In this role you will develop and manage A&C relationships with other HR COE and CVS Health departments. You will lead A&C projects, such as, tool/technology changes/solutions, integration, A&C training, change management/go-live readiness, and deployment. You will be provide A&C with guidance on problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation and stakeholder engagement. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to think enterprise, recognize opportunities, influence others, and deliver results. You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and direction of any Jr. Analyst permanently or temporarily assigned in support of department deliveries.
In this role, you will ensure A&C programs and projects are managed as efficiently as possible.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Leading role for A&C vision/strategy/model work
* Provides operational support for A&C with a major focus on case management workflow, coordination, planning and tracking of technology enhancements.
* Assists in meeting planning and agenda preparation for all ER meetings. Maintain minutes for group.
* Provides support for investigations or culture assessments with direction from ER leaders.
* Responsible for process improvement for tracking and reporting key metrics and ER project plan and able to generate accurate reports.
* Identifies areas for SOP and process improvement.
* Manages ER workflow and assignments within the group, makes process improvements and leads ER related projects.
* Partners with A&C Advisors team to understand the business process issues related to Employee Relations and HR transactions processing.
* Develops short term and long term solutions and manages implementation of identified process solutions into recommendations.
* Proactively identifies ER practices and projects improvements.
* Coordinate ER trainings with other groups such as legal. Helps identify trainers/facilitates.
* Provides assistance to senior level HR staff and management to drive compliance objectives.
* Works with A&C Leaders to establish, monitor, and maintain service delivery performance metrics.
* Plans and directs operations to improve productivity and efficiency. Initiate projects to centralize and maintain consistent application of process and templates. Measures and evaluates operational effectiveness.
* Work with ER leads, assists with identification of key trends and recommends improvements and provide reporting and metrics to support recommendations
* Review and analyzes analytics to determine solutions like time to close, areas of elevated concern and identifies repeatable issues.
* Partner with A&C Team Leads to identify and close any gaps in A&C SOP and case management procedures - continuous process improvement
* Project management for assigned A&C department projects (moderate to complex) to ensure each project is on-time, within budget, and adhering to various project management standards and guidelines (identifying all project stakeholders, defining and clarifying project roles & responsibilities, empowering the team for broad-based action to complete project work, etc.)
* Communicating and resolving A&C process, Model and OD issues using the appropriate escalation, risk control, change management practices and other processes as needed
* Coaching and training A&C team members as needed, working with relevant Leads to facilitate a train-the-trainer strategy.

Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources and/or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor Degree but will consider High School Diploma/GED plus experience in lieu of degree-
PHR/SPHR certification.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to present and deliver training.
- Highly organized, and able to prioritize and plan time/resources accordingly, in a dynamic, high pressured environment.
- Good analytical skills and affinity to metrics.
- Ability to be flexible, work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of current state and federal legal and regulatory legislations in Employment Law. - Strong attention to detail.
