Job Description
The PBM IVR Sr. Manager is accountable for all aspects of the product delivery for the PBM IVR system including but not limited to all phases of the software life cycle, application stability, roadmap development and communication with business ownership.

The IVR Manager will have responsibility for development and implementation of application roadmaps by working closely with business and IT Senior Leadership to identify customer trends, future technologies and business strategies.

As a tier 1 application at CVS Health the job requires a focused effort on quality and quantity of product deliverables as well as resourcing and project management in a fast paced and challenging environment. It is the responsibility of the software manager to ensure application compliance while creating an environment for professional growth from team members.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of overall IT experience
· 5+ years leading and managing onshore and offshore enterprise IVR development teams.
· 3+ years of experience in hands on technical IVR implantation and support

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Nuance Voice Platform and Nuance Speech Technologies
· 5+ years of working and implementing Nuance IVR Platform and supporting technologies
· Experience managing teams of 20-30 development resources for a large enterprise voice application
· Proven knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle (Agile, SCRUM)
· Experience project delivery using both waterfall and Agile/Scrum technologies
· Demonstrated ability to express complex technical concepts effectively to senior leadership
· Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
· Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, follows through on and meets commitments
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
· Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
· Demonstrated ability of working with limited details to a project scope or design and can quickly communicate a clear understanding of the technical solution and an attainable plan to deliver.
· Ability to develop a team committed to quality and excellence
· Proven leadership skills around resource planning, delegating, estimating and prioritizing work.
· Understanding of IT security and compliance remediation activities.
· Demonstrated ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing, to audiences at senior leadership levels.
· Proven success maximizing the potential of employees via coaching and focused development.

Education
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related technical field preferred
