Job Description
As an Employee Relations Lead within the Reasonable Accommodations team of CVS Health Advice & Counsel, you will be responsible for the execution and ownership of exciting and innovative projects including coordination and implementation of enterprise accommodations initiatives as well as changes to align with the evolving legal landscape of accommodations within CVS processes, under the ADA and/or state requirements. You will also have the opportunity to facilitate change while managing investigations related to Reasonable Accommodations, managing changes with Reasonable Accommodations case types, coordinating and facilitating training for CVS lines of business to help guide and assist members of leadership to better understand the RA processes. You will be a champion of our CVS culture and called upon to promote a positive employee relations climate.

Additional responsibilities may include:
- Lead projects related to Reasonable Accommodations, which may include updates to SOPs, driving change in internal processes, testing new change to RA procedures before rolling out to the greater team, and other projects as assigned
- Investigate workplace complaints related to reasonable accommodations, some of which may allege violations of policy or law for which failure to investigate might subject CVS health to serious legal or financial risk.
- Assist and Partner with co-lead in auditing and following up with RA colleagues on delegation of work, feedback on case management, IVR calls, and adherence to current and changing processes
- Respond to escalated inquires (via phone call and/or email) C-Suite cases, High Risk cases identify by our legal partner, etc
- Engage with appropriate business leaders, HRBP leaders and COE(s) to gain specific legal or best practices advice on specific areas to ensure best advice is provided.
- Ensure any employee relations situations are closed with appropriate recommended action steps, and in partnership with other A&C teams as needed.
- Champion and promote a positive employee relations climate, providing appropriate counsel and support to ensure that any ER processes are delivered to maximize the employee experience.
- Review Reasonable Accommodation requests with managers and employees, negotiates and influences managers on Reasonable Accommodation options and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ RA, LOA, or HR related experience
- 1+ year of experience managing and responding to complaints of misconduct including harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation related issues
- 1+ year of experience documenting cases with the use of a case management system

Preferred Qualifications
Project Manager experience

Education
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
