Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a part of our dynamic Human Resources Data Solutions team? As a Data Architect - HR Advanced Analytics, you will help HR and business leaders to identify trends through compelling and intuitive data visualizations. You will consult with business leaders and HR to understand priorities and translate those into requirements for dashboards and other solutions.

You will design and develop the data sets needed to support analytics projects and dashboards used by company leaders. You will be an integral part of the Human Resources Team, providing Business and HR leaders across the Enterprise with insights into people data.

This position can be located in Woonsocket RI; Orlando FL; Hartford CT; or Blue Bell PA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will create, build, and validate data sets for use in analytics projects and dashboards.
* Designing dashboards and tools that are rapidly comprehendible by HR, business leadership, and other non-technical audiences.
* You will confer with the analytics team, HR, and business partners to capture requirements and design appropriate solutions.
* Creating metrics and data groupings that are relevant to users and enable identification of trends.
* You will develop complex and automated dashboards using data visualization tools.
* Evaluating data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and stability to establish repeatable, sustainable processes to update dashboards.
* You will translate data into meaningful metrics for use by HR and the business and assisting with analytics projects.
* Delivering data, descriptive statistics, and key metrics in support of strategic initiatives and company projects (e.g., the company’s annual employee engagement survey).
* You will effectively communicate and present end products or results to senior leaders.

For all projects, your ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, managers, and HR professionals is key to success.

Your knowledge of business systems, such as HRIS and ATS, and data lakes/data warehouses will lead to your success in this role.

This position does not have any direct reports, but leads others in project work and is a thought leader on subjects of expertise.

Required Qualifications
* You have 2+ years of hands-on experience with a data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* You have at least 2 years of relevant programming, like SQL or SQL Server, or analytic experience working in a data warehouse environment and can with large data sets from multiple sources.
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed, per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ year of experience leading projects in a business setting.
* 2+ years internal consulting experience specifically defining business requirements to develop a solution.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Alteryx or other advanced data modeling software.

Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
* Master’s degree with a background in data science is preferred.
