Would you like to join Fortune 5 CVS Health as part of our dynamic Human Resources team? The Culture & Change Management Director leads a team and owns key strategies, guiding the team in use of Change Management and Culture strategies. You will utilize these strategies to define integrated strategies, implement effective tactics, and measure insights to ensure leader and colleague adoption of changes.

In this enterprise-wide role, you will make influence multiple business units and propose recommendations to leaders in a collaborative and constructive way. Your experience leading complex enterprise initiatives and ability to influence others will lead to success in this role.

This position will require up to 15% travel. The ideal candidate will live in the New England area.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of previous culture, change management, HR or organization development experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* ProSci Certification.
* Master's degree in HR or related field.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
