The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, screening, assessing and submitting qualified candidates to remote site hiring teams and coordinating the hiring process. This includes:1) pipeline management; 2) qualifying, interviewing, and scoring candidates; 3) offer management 4) managing the relationships with remote site hiring teams and candidates; and 4) related reporting.
1) EDUCATION: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. 2) EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years' experience in the human resources field; high volume contact center recruiting experience an asset. 3) KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity and working knowledge of US employment laws; knowledge of Canadian employment laws is an asset. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applicants, including EXCEL. Solid understanding of recruiting metrics. 4) COMPLEXITY: Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Possesses good judgement and ability to gather information and make decisions based on that information. 5) WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Ability to establish effective remote working relationships. Strong candidate management skills. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. 6) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Additional hours may be needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
