Collaborates closely with 340B Program Manager and business partners to provide decision support and analytics. Assists in the analysis and development of Centura Heath’s system wide 340B program. Responsible for independently performing a variety of data analytics by leveraging data captured from both internal and external sources, transforming data into actionable business insights.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Bachelors Degree and two years experience with analyzing and reporting data OR high school diploma and four years
experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of
results and find solutions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft programs Excel and Word; Intermediate skill level in Access
- Strong problem-solving skills and resolution follow through
- General understanding of 340B program rules and regulations, preferred
- Hospital pharmacy experience, preferred
- Experience Working with hospital EMR systems, preferred
- HS GED, Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or or related field, preferred
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
