Job Description

Responsible for training of new employees in a classroom setting. Responsibilities also include quality assurance and coaching of telephone sales representatives along with completing phone time.


* Minimum Associates Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field, plus a minimum of one to two years of training experience or call center supervision experience preferred.
* Ability to conduct a needs assessment, design, development and evaluation of new employees and their training.
* Effective presentation and facilitation skills; training experience preferred.
* Strong initiative; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
* Good organizational / time management skills.
* Record of professional behavior and ability to manage confidential information.
* Highly dependable / good attendance record.
* Knowledge and use of correct spelling and grammar.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all employees, managers, and outside vendors.
* Basic personal computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software applications in a Windows environment (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
