Provides administrative support to the SVP of Talent Acquisition and Management, including but not limited to drafting offer letters, scheduling appointments and interviews, coordinating travel, reviewing/submitting expenses and other duties as assigned.
Maintains accurate candidate records and documentation in our ATS.
Provides exceptional customer service and onboarding support for Talent Team and field.
Provides recruiting support (sourcing, screening and scheduling) for non-licensed roles (CNA’s, Dietary, Housekeeping, etc.) as assigned by SVP of Talent Acquisition and Management.
Provides support and coordination on Talent Management initiatives including Rise training, Engagement surveys and other projects as assigned.
Serves as centralized coordinator of international nurse placements for the company.
Serves as primary outreach coordinator and contact for University development for nursing and therapy schools. Identifies specific Universities to visit and target partnerships to build pipelines. Requires travel.
Serves as Social Media outreach coordinator.
Serves as a backup to Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Performs administrative/clerical functions such as mailing, faxing, filing and photocopying; opens and distributes mail, faxes and email, and other duties as needed and required for the Talent Team.
Manages phone calls and/or e-mail inquiries from candidates and vendors regarding the recruitment process; escalates and/or directs calls when necessary. Utilizes effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for the Talent Team.
Identifies and helps implement opportunities to enhance the recruiting process.
