Human Resources Coordinator / Recruitment

Duties:The Human Resources Coordinator/ Recruiter is responsible for the following:

-Works closely with HR Manager and Private Duty Clinical Management Team to assess recruitment needs and is part of the strategic recruitment team
-Management of the private duty full cycle recruitment process: managing recruitment sites, job fairs, screening potential candidates, interviewing, and completing the pre-employment process
-Responsible for on-boarding employees including e-verify process, necessary new hire paperwork and assures compliance with governmental requirements and requests
-Manages the orientation program
-Responsible for new employee data entry in company database/ systems
Qualifications:-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; at least Associates Degree preferred
-Prior experience in HR required
-Demonstrated proficiency with Windows environment: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
-The successful candidate will also be able to function in a fast paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a high regard for confidentiality and sensitive information
