TTEC(formerly TeleTech) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to join ourEnterprise Services team.  Preferredlocations for this Talent Acquisition Director are Texas or Florida.



What you'll be doing: 

Talent Acquisition Director designs and executes thestrategy to support high volume recruitment initiatives within assignedbusiness segments. The Director develops and implements initiatives in supportof key business goals and strategies. They proactively identify marketing andrecruitment initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results.  The Director must be able to quickly adaptplans and shift directions in order to meet changing business requirements.This is challenging position that is suited for a highly-energy individual whocan motivate their team to consistently meet aggressive goals.

 

What you'll bring to us:

  • Overall accountability for Healthcare recruitment.
  • Leads Recruiting Team by providing day-to-day control and direction on applicant assessment, selection and offer. 
  • Scope covers agent hiring targets and business support roles. 
  • Collaborates with Operations leadership on all recruitment needs within Healthcare to ensure agent hiring and business support vacancies are filled timely.
  • From time to time, participates in presentations to existing and potential clients on high volume recruiting methodologies, sourcing strategies and applicant assessment. 

 

Whatskills you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge in multiple TA/HC disciplines (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.). Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques
  • 10 years strong experience in high-volume and Corporate Recruitment
  • Provenability to build relationships of trust with executive-level leaders. Abilityto influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to createpositive outcomes
  • Highlevel of integrity and judgment
  • Abilityto manage multiple, complex, on-going projects
  • Knowledgeof business technologies, metrics, local and state employment laws
  • Knowledgeof healthcare licensing strongly preferred
