Position Purpose:

Direct the strategy and execution of the HR Service Center’s business process flows, workforce management, service metrics and transactional rewards for domestic and international locations
Determine staffing levels and workflows to ensure the appropriate balance of resources, processes, and technologies are deployed to achieve intended outcomes and results
Manage resources and process flows to ensure HR inquiry tickets, Contact Center calls and HR related systems transactions and business processes are resolved or reassigned to appropriate expert resources based on priority level and defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Deliver daily HR inquiry transaction prioritization and execution for enterprise employees. Create and present reporting dashboards for senior leadership
Initiate HR services projects where additional infrastructure is required to enhance operations
Develop policies relative to the structuring and operation of the tiered resolution of problems and issues
Interact closely with peer level Directors in the HR function, HR functional leaders and HR business partners to ensure that the functional scope, service scope, service levels and overall contribution of the centers are meeting or exceeding expectations and agreed goals


Direct strategy, administration and delivery of Tier 1 Contact Center and Data Management services in an accurate, timely and high quality customer service manner for enterprise-wide HR inquiries and HR systems transactional tasks. Ensure HR Services delivers desired benefits of consistency of responses, economies of scale, improved overall transactional task quality, better return on the technology investment, and the streamlining of HR costs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus within Shared Services (contact center and data management areas). Experience within a medium to large-sized organization with domestic and international operations preferred. Experience with Workday, Taleo, Cornerstone, and SharePoint preferred. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.

PHR or SPHR preferred.
